Events & Parties

Thank you for your interest in having Charm Bar Creative Co. at your function! 
  • A $50 deposit is required to hold the booking, this price will be deducted from the host's cost
  • Minimum 6 participants, up to a maximum of 12
  • Travel within 30 min of Aylmer, ON is complimentary, a $25 travel fee will apply outside these areas (up to a maximum of 1 hour drive from Aylmer, ON)
 
Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellation is required no less than 48hrs in advance
  • If under 48hrs notice given, deposit will not be refunded
 
Booking:
  • Please email charmbarcreativeco@gmail.com or use our "Contact" page to book
  • Include: location of event, type of event, number of participants, and age range of participants
  • Once date & time are mutually agreed upon, the deposit and travel fee will be due via e-transfer to hold spot
 
Pricing:
  • Private parties of 6-12 people will qualify for the $88+hst special (a $100+hst value)
  • Special includes one 18-inch 18k gold-plated chain necklace with extender, and seven 18k gold-plated charms of your choosing
  • Large events that would like to book Charm Bar Creative Co. as a pop-up vendor will be full price items
